The Annual Meeting was called to order by Chair Laura Rusk at 6:05 p.m. Board members present were Laura Rusk, Dennis Clagett, Mark Phillips and Patty Swaffield. Also in attendance were 18 electors for a total of 22.
MOTION: Moved by Cheryl Treland; 2nd by Tim Davison to approve the April 19, 2023 Annual Town Meeting minutes; motion carried on a vote of 22.
The Clerk presented the 2023 Financial Report of Budget vs Actual Revenues and Disbursements.

MOTION: Moved by Sandy Davison; 2nd Cheryl Treland asking on a show of hands to increase our Board Supervisors membership from 3 to 5 persons; motion carried on a show of hands of 18.
John LeBlanc asked if the Town of Hunter was doing anything to improve Broadband in this area. Laura Rusk said we belonged to a Wisconsin Towns Association subsidiary called Town Advisory Council (TAC) and that TAC is working on the Broadband issue.
MOTION: Moved by Pete Czarnecki; 2nd by Cheryl Treland to Eblast the Monthly Board meeting agenda and Special Meeting agenda’s; motion carried on a show of hands of 18.
MOTION: Moved by Cheryl Treland; 2nd by Tim Davison to set the next Annual Meeting to April 16, 2025; motion carried on a vote of 22.
