Introduction
The success and/or failure of economic development efforts within any community are a function of a variety of factors that exist locally, regionally, nationally, and globally.

The Town of Hunter is not immune from those factors. Before an economic development plan can be developed for any community, prevailing influences must be identified which help to quantity the community assets, liabilities and trends that may aid or hinder economic development efforts.
