There was a discussion regarding CAMPING TRAILERS ON VACANT LOTS. Ryan reported to County Zoning 4 lots that still had trailers on them. Two said they would be moving them in early December, one will remain because a house will be put on the land in 2022 and one person did not respond to the County letter or the Town Clerk’s letter asking them to remove the trailer. Laura will follow up on the progress of complying with County Zoning.
Laura mentioned that Act 105 was passed allowing people to construct a 15’ high fence 2 feet from the water’s edge.
