Chairman Len Eckerly called the monthly Board of Supervisors meeting to order at 6:00 p.m.; all members present. The minutes of the June 12, 2013 Board meeting were approved as presented on a motion from Laura Rusk; 2nd Lee Wilmsen; motion carried. The TREASURER'S REPORT

Lee Wilmsen made a motion to approve the Treasures report as presented; 2nd Laura Rusk; motion carried.

ROAD REPORT – the Forestry Service trapped 2 beaver by the Hemlock Haven culverts; some town roads had black top patching done; mowing of town roads has started; the 2002 International was delivered to Meyer International I Cameron, WI. The 2014 International is in Marshfield, WI and will be delivered in August; the culvert on Conger Road will be removed and not replaced.

Trish Dougherty from JOHNNY B’s spoke to the board and stated that they would be applying for a full LIQUOR LICENSE. She said customers are requesting mixed drinks and they have to turn them away because they lack a full liquor license. The Clerk will send them an application for publication and it will be discussed at the August meeting.

The new 25 MPH SPEED LIMIT SIGNS FOR FLOWAGE ROAD will be placed at the beginning of Flowage Road and County Road CC and west of Helsing Road.

PROPANE DELIVERY DURING ROAD BANDS was discussed. The Board talked about possibly sending a letter to full time residents to check their propane tanks before the road bands go on. Laura Rusk will draft a letter and this subject will be discussed further at the August meeting.

The CONGER ROAD CULVERT near Timber Lake Lodge will be removed and not replaced.

A motion was made by Laura Rusk with a second by Lee Wilmsen to approve ORDINANCE NO. 2013-01 LOWER SPEED LIMIT ON CERTAIN TOWN ROADS; 3 for 0 against; motion carried.

Laura Rusk made a motion to APPROVE PAYMENT OF BILLS AND PAYROLL for checks #15174 to #15195 from 06/13/2013 to 07/10/2013 for a total expenditure of $69,150.46; 2nd Lee Wilmsen; motion carried.
