MONTHLY BOARD MEETING – December 11, 2013
Chairman Len Eckerly called the monthly Board of Supervisors meeting to order at 6:00 p.m.; all members except Lee Wilmsen were present. The minutes of the November 13, 2013 Board meeting were approved as presented on a motion from Laura Rusk; 2nd Len Eckerly; motion carried. The minutes of the December 2, 2013 Special Meeting were approved as presented on a motion from Laura Rusk; 2nd Len Eckerly; motion carried.

Laura Rusk made a motion to approve the Treasures report as presented; 2nd Len Eckerly; motion carried.
The Chairman asked if the AGENDA WAS POSTED. The Clerk answered ‘yes’.
ROAD REPORT – rating of town roads is completed and updated in the WISLR program to the State; heavy snowfall in the past week required 3 days of continuous plowing; 2006 Boss Plow had repairs; the Front End loader plow needs repair.
A motion was made by Len Eckerly with a 2nd by Laura Rusk to APPROVE 5 MORE SNOWPLOW CONTRACTS for a total of 182.
Election inspectors Jackie Eckerly, Sue Metcalf, Marion Dier, Jim Dier, Dianna Whetstone, Donna Lessard, Barb Schweig, Judy Brodsky and Gerry Brodsky were approve for 2014 – 2015 on a motion from Laura Rusk; 2nd Len Eckerly; motion carried.
Laura Rusk made a motion to APPROVE PAYMENT OF BILLS AND PAYROLL for checks #15310 to #15336 from 11/14/2013 to 12/11/2013 for a total expenditure of $13,714.94; 2nd Len Eckerly; motion carried.
