BOARD OF REVIEW MEETING – May 14, 2025
The Board of Review meeting was called to order by Jon LeBlanc at 3:00 p.m.
Present were Jon LeBlanc, Kyle Cummings, Patty Swaffield, Douglas Kurtzweil and Ben Kurtzweil. Barbara Czarnecki came at 3:30
It was confirmed that the BOR notices were published.
MOTION: Moved by Swaffield; 2nd Cummings to appoint Jon LeBlanc as Chairperson; all in favor; motion carried.
MOTION: Moved by Swaffield; 2nd LeBlanc to appoint Kyle Cummings as Vice Chairperson; all in favor; motion carried.
Two members, Leblanc and Swaffield took the mandatory BOR Training.
The Confidentiality Ordinance is in place.
No new laws at this time.
The sworn Telephone Testimony and sworn Written Testimony policy is in place.
The Waiver of BOR hearing requests policy is in place.
The Clerk received the Assessment Roll on a timely basis.
There were no sworn statements from property owners.
No corrections were made to the Assessment Roll.
MOTION: Moved by Cummings; 2nd by Czarnecki to adjourn the BOR at 5:00 p.m.; all in favor; motion carried.
