Notice is hereby given that on Wednesday, November 11, 2026 at 5:00 p.m. at the Town of Hunter Hall a
PUBLIC HEARING on the PROPOSED BUDGET of the Town of Hunter in Sawyer County will be held.
The proposed budget in detail is available for inspection at the town Clerk’s office and on the Town’s website at
www.townofhunterwi.net The following is a summary of the proposed budget..

NOTICE OF SPECIAL TOWN MEETING OF THE ELECTORS – TOWN OF HUNTER, SAWYER COUNTY
Notice is hereby given that on Wednesday, November 11, 2026 immediately following completion of the Public Hearing
on the proposed 2027 Budget, which began at 5:00 p.m. at the Town of Hunter Hall, a Special Town Elector Meeting
pursuant to §60.12(1)(c) Wis. Stats. by the Town Board for the following purpose will be held:
1. To approve the total highway expenditures of 2027 pursuant to §82.03(2) Wis. Stats.
2. To set compensation of elected town officials for the term of office beginning April 2027 through April 2029
pursuant to §60.10(1)(b) Wis. Stats.
3. To approve the 2026 Town Tax Levy to be collected in 2027 pursuant to §60.10(1)(a) Wis. Stats.
