The Annual Meeting was called to order at 5:00 by Chair Jon LeBlanc. Also present were Board members Barb Czarnecki, Kyle Cummings, Cindy Neurohr & Patty Swaffield plus 3 Electors.
MOTION: Moved by Doug Kurtzweil; 2nd by Pete Czarnecki to approve the April 16, 2025 Annual Town Meeting minutes; all in favor on a vote of 8 – 0; motion carried.
The Chair asked the Electors if there were additional agenda items the want added. Hearing non, the Clerk presented the 2025 Financial Results of Budget vs Actual Revenues and Disbursements.
MOTION: Moved by Doug Kurtzweil; 2nd by Pete Czarnecki to accept the 2025 Financial Report; all in favor on a vote of 8 – 0; motion carried.
Jon updated everyone on the Fire Up the Flowage Fest that will be at Deerfoot Lodge on June 6, 2026. Proceeds will be used to supplement the Round Lake or the Couderay Volunteer Fire Depts. equipment expense or the Town of Hunter’s fire contracts.
The next Annual Town Meeting was set for April 20, 2027.
MOTION: Moved by Pete Czarnecki; 2nd by Doug Kurtzweil to adjourn the meeting at 5:35; all in favor on a 8-0 vote; motion carried.
